日本の祝祭日データセット

2015-11-21 日付表現と反復指定の使用例などの記事の仕様に
基づいた日本の祝祭日定義をデータセットとして登録しました。

ようやく先月の下旬に検討・実装していたことと、今月の上～中旬
に実装していたことがドッキングしたわけですが、本当は祝日だった
昨日の記事にしたかったので、一日遅れです ^^;

[1] サーバーローカルにも置いたので、http://hosi.org:4000/cookies
　　の最下段の「データセット」の設定で単に example-datasets とした
　　だけでも大丈夫です。
[2] SolarTerms#term は単に term と省略できますが、ドキュメントとして
　　SolarTerms# がある方が可読性が高いように思います。
